Dead Man’s Curve began life in late 1995 and rapidly gained a reputation for their barnstorming live instrumentals-only shows. In 1996, DMC's track Charlie's Point, featured on the compilation The Miissing Chord. The Surfquake EP was released in 1997 and first album, World Catastrophe Generator, in 1998. The second and final DMC album, We Will Prevail, was issued in 1999.
